Partners and collaborations
Companies in the paper and cardboard sector (and those serving it) can sponsor the degree course in its activities and collaborate in many ways:
– by integrating the dissemination of information related to the Master’s degree program within the online and offline communication activities of the network, distributing materials provided by the University and/or Fahre Foundation;
– by placing on the homepage of the company website (Italian and/or foreign) the image provided by the organizers related to the degree, which links to the university page about the course;
– by proposing company managers capable of teaching within the different modules of the course;
– by offering short in-depth lectures on highly specialized topics that are closely connected to the more technical aspects of the production process;
– by confirming their willingness to host and guide students in the preparation of theses, research and development projects, and laboratory activities;
– laboratory activities and internships; selecting staff members who could take part in the degree program (or in certain modules), favoring it as a tool for professional training, according to the possibilities provided by university regulations;
– prioritizing in personnel selections the recruitment of new employees from within the degree program, where the profiles match the company’s needs;
– making the various company departments available to conduct courses/lessons/exercises for the students and faculty of the degree program, to be arranged each time in agreement with university calendars and company availability;
– participating in the various meetings of the technical-scientific committee, constituted among the various companies belonging to the network supporting the program, Fahre and the University of Pisa, which aims to evaluate and update teaching and the management of seminars, events, and summer schools, within the limits provided by the regulations University; only companies that also provide financial support for the course may participate in such a steering committee;
– by financially supporting the course with an amount which, given its nature as support for the Foundation’s institutional projects, is considered a donation to a private legal entity pursuing education, instruction, recreation, healthcare, or religious purposes and, as such, is tax-deductible within the limits of the law.
